Ingredients
  • 500g Quark(cream cheese)
  • 500g Cottage cheese
  • 350g White sugar
  • 7 Eggs
  • 36g Plain flour
  • 2cups Creme fraiche
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add quark (or cream cheese), cottage cheese and sugar to the bowl of of a Mix Master and beat on a moderate speed until smooth.
  3. On slow speed gradually add the 7 eggs one at a time.
  4. Finally add the flour and creme fraiche and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter into a prepared cake tin and bake for 40 minutes.
